Carrots are a nutritious vegetable that grows underground, similar to garlic and onions.
However, Unlike garlic and Unions, Carrots taste a lot better and people can make Juice with it.
Carrot contains a lot of Vitamin A which is said to be good for Eyesight. Hence, carrot is an excellent vegetable for kids.
Kids can enjoy it as a Juice, or as part of a salad.
Kids also enjoy carrot due to it's association with Bugs Bunny cartoon.
As part of a healthy diet, it is recommended that we eat 5 portions of fruit/veg every day, especially for school going kids.
