The employment of children below the age of 14 is called child labour.
It is against the law according to our Indian constitution.the employment of children below the age of 14 in a factory, mine or in any other hazardous jobs is offendable. Every child has thier own rights to be educated. Government provides free education for all children below the age of 16. child labour must be stopped. People create awareness about it. Every child deserves their right against exploitation. Now a days some people make children work on factories and companies it must spotted out. Many children die while working in some hazardous jobs. I suggest the government imposes a strict law that bans child labour and arrests the ones who make children work.

Child wages are becoming a major social issue in India which should be solved on a regular basis. It is not the only Government's responsibility, but it should be samadhit by all social organisations, owners, and parents. The issue is for everyone who should be personally resolved, as they can be with any child.
