There is a saying that school is the second home and the teachers are the second mothers or fathers. And that it should be true for everyone who is at school. I am new to my school, yet I felt I belonged there already. In my previous school, there are only a few of us and we are like one big family. Here in my new school, I now belong to a bigger community and I think a bigger family but still the teachers are the same.
They are like mothers and fathers to me. Everyday I am learning to be somebody someday. My teacher helps me learn the things I need to learn to become a responsible citizen of the country. Just like my mother who is teaching me to always do good and strive for excellence, my teachers are doing the same. In my family, there are only two of us kids, me and my sister. At school, I have lots and lots of brothers and sisters.
They are my classmates and schoolmates. They make me happy. I play with them. They play with me. After school is over for the day, we rush to the ground floor so we can have more time to play before my mother picks me up. At school I learned to connect with my teachers and classmates. It is one of the wonderful times of my life. Everyday, I find more friends. School gives me lots and lots of opportunities, to be good and to do what is good. It helps me become more confident with myself. School does not only help me learn things but teaches me to do things.
We have co-curricular activities. In my school I joined the Teatro Club. Our moderator told us we’re going to watch movies and learn to act. I am so excited. My loving and caring teachers give me inspiration to give my best. I am learning happiness here in my second home like in my own home where I am happy too. I know I will always cherish every moment in my school life. I will never forget everything that happened here and may yet still happen. Only in the school as my second home I get more excitement everyday. And I look forward to everyday of my school life.
