Lipase is an enzyme produced by pancreas. When lipase in added in milk it starts breaking down fats in milk and helps in digestion but if excess amount of lipase is added in milk, it speeds up the process, more fat will be broken down to make fatty acid and glycerol hence the Ph of  the milk turns acidic.

The substrate in this reaction is milk and lipase enzyme and the products are fatty acid and glycerol.
