Liquid 'A' has a sour taste and dissolves easily in water it turns blue Litmus Paper red.

From this statement we can conclude that Liquit 'A' is Acidic in nature because it turns Litmus paper red.

Phenolphthalein remains colourless in acidic solution and it becomes PINK in basic solution.

Due to this Phenolphthalein Will remain colourless in thiss solution.

Mark me if it helps.

Thx
