Concept: Temperature is a measurement of the hotness or coldness of a body. The scales of measurement of temperature are as follows:

Celsius, Fahrenheit, and Kelvin scale.

Given: Liquid nitrogen boils at -196°c.

Find: Temperature in kelvin scale.

Explanation: According to the Kelvin scale, 1K = 273°c.

                     So, the kelvin temperature.

                                                                  = -196+273\\= 77k.

Hence, the answer is 77k.
