Liquid wax at 42C has more energy than solid wax at the same temperature.why?

At 42 degree Celsius, when solid wax changes into liquid it absorbs energy (heat) from the surroundings or source of heating in order to change phase from solid to liquid. This extra heat is called latent heat which is not present in solid wax at same temperature. Therefore, the liquid wax formed has more energy than solid wax at 42 degree Celsius.....
