Convection happens in fluids (liquids & gases). The heat energy moves through the material as the particles in the material move through the material. Hot liquids and gases rise because when they are heated they expand and become less dense.

Answer:
because have fluid ( gas and liquid ) so the kinetic energy of heat pass through convection
Explanation:
because the have less intermolecular forces of attraction and large intermolecular space and Thier molecular are lossely packed and in convection we need this matter so liquid and gas get heat by convection
