The Executive responsibility is to run the country and to make policy in the best interests of the people and harmonious with the Constitution. The Executive cannot pass laws, however they can propose changes and new laws. The legislatures is to formulate, debate and pass legislation which is needed for the government and country to function. Judicial authority is the courts, which are independent and subject to the laws of the Constitution.
South Africa has 5 democratic structures among which two most significant are - the National Government and the Provincial Government.
Both of these structures play crucial role in legislating and moderating the laws and regulations of the nation and works towards providing a better lifestyle to the people as well as holistic development of the country.
