ANNELIDS- The body is segmented, lined up one after the other from head to tail.this is called metameric segmentation. Where as in ARTHROPODS-Their body also have segments, but lacks complete metameric segmentation.
ANNELIDS- No compound eyes. Whereas in ARTHROPODS-Compound eyes are present for mosaic vision.
Examples of annelids are- earthworm,nereis,etc.
Examples of arthropods are-crab,prawn,etc.
