Land habitat comprises mostly of soil and rocks whereas ocean habitat mostly comprises of water .Land habitat does not have oxygen dissolved in anything whereas water habitat has oxygen dissolved in it. Most of the living organisms present on land habitat have lungs ,spiracles whereas most of the living organisms present in water habitat have gills to breathe in the dissolved oxygen in water. Examples of living organisms on land are human beings, lions tigers cows,etc. Examples of living organisms in water are goldfish, sharks, sea horses,etc
