Answer: Think about what you normally look pesimistically at (glass half empty mentality), an example would be when you complete a test and start to think to yourself, "ohh i failed that", until it actually reduces your mood. You can change this to a positive attitude by thinking about how youve made it this far always making it through tests you thought would ruin ur life with a fat fail.
