• We all visit restaurants and cafe's every once a while. I used to have a common hangout point with my friends, called "The Hub".
• They usually had slow service and we would often get warm drinks instead of chilled ones, they would always forget to put the ice. And one thing that I was usually furious about, was when they were all out of an item when the cafe had just opened up.
• But, recently they have improved. One time, I went there and the service was on point, the waiter even checked in a few times to inquire whether we were satisfied or not.
• I thought, they definitely turned over a new leaf.
• Yes, the incident changed how I viewed that place, because now I actually recommend it to more of my friends.
