2.Some countries are rich and others poor depends on many things, including the quality of their institutions, the culture they have, the natural resources they find and what latitude they're on.
3. Because of difference in levels of living and productivity, human capital, inequality and absolute poverty, greater social fractionalization, lower and higher levels of industrialization, adverse geography, poor or better quality of institutions etc.
4. Lack of good governance makes the poor countries to remain poor and the rich countries are rich too because they maintain a good and standard system of governance.
