Hey...

In plant cell:

- cell wall is present

- plastics ( chloroplast, chromoplast, leucoplasts) are present

- Golgi body Is less interconnected and diffused and known as "Dictyosome " .

- sap vacuole is usually one or few on no. And is centrally located and larger sized .

- Nucleus is almost peripheral.

- centriole is absent.

Spindle apparatus formed is acentric ( without centriole) and anastral ( without spindle apparatus)

- cytokinesis takes place by cell plate / phragmoplast formation ...centrifugal growth.

In animals :

- Cell wall absent

- plastids absent

- Golgi body is more interconnected and condensed and known as " Golgi complex "

- Vacuoles are usually more than one and is diffused in the cytoplasm and is smaller sized.

- nucleus is centrally located

- spindle apparatus is centric

- cytokinesis tales place by cell furrow formation. .centripital growth

Hope it helps you!!
