First actions that one should take towards the persons who injured by the electric shock is to not to make any direct contact or with any conductivity material with the person if he or she is still in contact with the electric circuit.

Put off the power circuit or any non conductivity material to pull the person from the power circuit.

Dial the local emergency number if the injured person is injured by any high voltage wire or power source.

If you see the Injured person with no breath better start a CPR before the emergency officials reach the spot.

If you see the person with burn injuries cover the burned area with sterile bandages or a clean white cloth. Remember to not to use any blanket or towels to cover the burned area.
