Infectious disease :

Infectious disease are those diseases which are caused by the attack of pathogens. It can be transfered from diseased person to a healthy person. For example cold, cholera, TB etc

Non infectious disease :

Non infectious disease are those diseases which are caused by some factors otjer than living pathogens. These diseases cannot pass from one person to another. For examole diabetes, goitre, hypertention etc
