Organizational objectives are known as short-term and medium-term goals that are to be accomplished by the organization. An organization's objectives will play a large role in developing organizational policies and determining the allocation of organizational resources.

Organizational objectives of management:

1. Survival: The main objective of an organization is to survive in the market full of competitors. The management must ensure the survival of the organisation by earning enough profits to cater to its costs.

2. Profit: Profits are needed to keep the business running as only survival is not sufficient for business. So it is up to the management to ensure earning of sufficient profits for the organisation.
