1. A real demoralizing factor for India in development is Brain Drain, well-skilled people move to abroad for better work opportunities leaving behind affect on the skilled workforce of India. This hinders the pace of growth and development and is an alarming menace for the future.

2.As Government is run by Indians, this factor lies upon them too. The              percentage of expenditure on education sector in India hasn't even  touched 6%  whereas its counterpart China spent 11.23% in 2019. One of the biggest obstacle between India becoming a developed country is their expenditure on education.
