● Being energy efficient: conserving and saving electricity or energy is the first and foremost thing that should be done in order to conserve the fossil fuels. Electricity that we use is produced from fossil fuels like coal and petroleum and wasting electricity means reducing or depleting the reserves of these fossil fuels.
Thus, to save the fossil fuels electricity or energy is necessary and we shouldn't waste electricity.
● Use of renewable energy resources: rather than using non renewable energy resources such as coal and petroleum for producing electricity, we should opt for using the renewable energy resources such as sunlight, wind energy and hydroelectricity.
● Using the three R's : reducing reusing and recycling should be opted for and sustainable conservation of energy should be obtained. We should reduce the use of plastic and other materials which use are fossil fuels and also should reuse and recycle such materials.
