1) we should eat healthy food

2) we should drink boiled water

3) we should maintain social distancing

4) we should wear masks when we are going outside

5) we should wash our hands with alcoholic sanitizer or soaps.

6) we should not touch our eyes nose ears with hands.

7) we should keep our surroundings clean

8) we should perform exercises to stay fit

9) we also should maintain distance with people who have fever

10) we should consult with the doctor if we have symptoms of flu

Eat healthy food ( balanced diet)

Sleep atleast 8hrs a day

Avoid getting stressed or worried

(Starvation, less sleep and mental stress cause the release of corticosteroid hormones which reduces the function of wbcs and other immune cells)

Eat foods rich in vitamin c ( citrus fruits) and vitamin e ( fish , corn hazelnut )

Both vitamins boost immunity

You can also take vitamin C supplement in the form of tables.

But never take vit e without consulting a doctor since it is not a water soluble vitamin it can cause hypervitaminosis.

Exercise everyday

Add ginger in your diet
