(i) Both the Mahavir and the government in Vaishali  Buddha felt that only (Bihar).  those who left their homes  could gain true knowledge, They      arranged for them to  stay together in the sangha.  Sangha is the association of    those who left their homes.

(ii) There were many rulers  (ii) Men and women who in the sangha.  joined the sangha led simple lives.   Similarities: (i) Women, slaves and   (i) Women, slaves, children Kammakaras   could had to take permission not participates in of their husbands, masters, that types of social parents respectively, if they work want to join sangha.
