1. α or Alpha decay- It involves the release of Helium ion from the nucleus of the involved atom. It is not causing much dangerous compared to other two.
2. β or Beta decay - It involves transformation of neutron in the nucleus into proton and electron. It emits slightly more harmful radiation than Alpha decay.
3. γ or Gamma decay - During the Gamma decay, the Gamma rays are emitted. It is the most dangerous decay as compared with the above two products.
