generally the microbes attack those things which we get from nature like
fruits
vegetable
kitchen food items
etc
Home made pickle , the mother mix it with oil or salt to prevent it

some of the foods that can be attacked by microbes include:

Cooked rice.  The bacterium bacillus cereus can affect rice causing  nausea and diarrhea to the consumer. It can be prevented by making sure the rice is heated or boiled regularly.

Clostridium perfringens is another bacteria that affects meat and can cause nausea and diarrhea
