⭐ PLANT CELL :
1. Plant cell have cell wall made up of cellulose.
2. The cytoplasm of the plant cell is lesser, granular and not dense.
3. Plant cells are larger then animal cell.
4. In plant cells, there occurs a rigid cell wall which lies outside the plasma membrane.
5. Plastids occur in most plant cells and are absent in animal cell.
6.In plant cells the Vacoules are large, distinct and permanent.
7. Plant cells have many simpler units of golgi apparatus called dictyosomes.
8. Plants lack centrosomes and centrioles.
9. Lysosomes are absent.

⭐ ANIMAL CELL :
1. Animal cell do not have cell wall.
2. The cytoplasm of animal cells is more granular and dense.
3. Animal cells are generally small in size.
4. Cell wall is absent.
5. Except the protozoan Euglena no animal cell possesses plastids.
6. Vacoules are either absent or small in size.
7. Animal cells have a single highly complex and prominent Golgi apparatus.
8. Centrosomes and centrioles are present.

Hi, Here's ur answer... PLANT CELL- 1)They have additional outer covering called cell wall. 2)They have plastids. 3)They posses a large central vacuole. 4) They do not have centrioles. ANIMAL CELL- 1) They do not have cell wall.Cell membrane os the outermost layer. 2) They do not have plastids. 3) Vacuole is usually absent. But if present they are very small. 4)They have centric. Hope it helps you buddy ☺ ☺...
