This includes methods of encoding a message and decoding a message.

Types or forms of communication include

1- Oral communication:

This type of communication is done via use of voice, actions, body language, expression, etc.

2- Written communication:

This refers to communication of sending message is done through written documents or forms, anything seen and verifiable as evidence.

3- Formal

Formal includes use of professional language no jargons, no slogans.

4- Informal

done with relatives, friends, use of abbreviations and nicknames is allowed.
