Mysore paintings were famous, sponsored by Mysore kings.

Pahari paintings by Rajputs made in HP and J&K too.

Raja RAvi Verma painted many during the 19th century.  Examples are Shakuntala, Draupadi , Lady giving Alms at a temple, Krishna  in the court of Kauravas as an ambassador etc..
