List of languages besides our mother tongue means that we have to write the names of other languages which r spoken in our country except our mother tongue i. e. hindi........

It means that the language which are different from your mother tongue. For example your mother tongue is hindi. Then the lists of language u will give will be separate from the mother tongue eg. English, French,Punjabi etc.
