Thank you for asking this question. There were a lot of problems faced by different prophets of Islam in their era. Here I will tell you a few problems faced by the last prophet, Muhammad (PBUH).
- There was a couple, who were the uncle and aunt of the prophet, they used to hurt the prophet Muhammad (PBUH) daily by throwing thrones in his way.
- A man named Uqba bin Abbi Muayt, who was the enemy of Muslims and Islam also teased the prophet a lot, in fact he tried to kill him. 
- Some Jews used to test the Prophet (PBUH) by asking him different questions.
