Hello there, actually I am quite delighted somebody asked the question. I am going to give some of them used in biological and medical terms.
Some of the prefixes (they are going to be in a following order):

1) archae- : ancient : archaeologist, archaeology.
2) bi- : two : bisexual, bimorphological
3) dia- : through, across : diaphragm
4) fore- : infront of, before : foregut, forebrain
5) intra- : inside : intracellular, intravenous.
6) litho- : stone : lithosphere
And so on goes the list as there are countless of them and the character limit too comes into play...let's move on next one.
Added to the end of a word, Suffix:
1) -asis : condition or state :homeostasis
2) -blast : young cell or pre-mature cell : osteoblasts, chondroblasts, fibroblasts, cnidoblasts
3) -cide : killer : insecticide, pesticide
4) -logy : branch designated for learning purposes : biology, zoology, dermatology

6) -tomy : cutting of something or curing of a object : autotomy
There are more to explore but just cannot fill it.
