If the tire is a standard load 175/65R15 ETRTO tire, it would have a standard load index of 84 (435kg at 210kPa).

The standard load 195/55R15 has a standard load index of 85 (capable of 450kg at 210kPa, 430kg at 200kPa).

Thus, the 195/55R15 has higher load carrying capacity than the 175/65R15 at the same pressure, and you would safely be able to support the loads that the vehicle was designed for at the same pressure as the 175/65R15 tire.
