One problem associated with composite fish culture is that the breeding season of all the fishes is during the monsoon season. and it becomes very difficult and confusing to identify which seed belongs to which fish. In order to overcome this issue, all the six species of the fishes are introduced to Hormonal Stimulation. the seeds get collected and are tested as to which fish they match. Hence, after the test, it becomes clear that the seed belongs to one particular fish.
