1.Baker's yeast, a single cekked fungus, is used to make bread and other wheat-based products.

2.Aspergillus Niger is cultured for the industrial preparation of citric acid.

3.Useful antibiotics such as penicillin, ampicillin, and vaccines for Hepatitis B are made from the secretions of different fungi.

4.Aspeegillus oryzae is used in making soya sauce.

5.Bigger fungi, such as morels and mushrooms, are eaten as food.They are rich in proteins,minerals.carbohydrates,and vitamins.

3.certain bacteria also produce a big range of antibiotics such as streptomycin and tetracycline.

4.Bacteria living in the rumen of cattle help in the digestion of plant cellulose from their feed.

5.several species of bacteria are used to produce cheeses of different varieties. These bacteria impart a unique flavour and texture to the cheese.
