<> Sand Clock: Also Known has an Hourglass, this clock is made of two rounded glass bulbs placed one above the other that are connected by a narrow glass tube. The Upper bulb contains sand that flows to the lower bulb within a fixed interval of time. When the entire sand gets filled in the lower bulb, the Clock is inverted to allow the sand to flow again.

<> Sundial: It was Designed on the basis of shadow formation due to the Sunlight. It was designed by Maharaj Jai Sing II few 100 years ago to measure the time. The main drawback in the use of sundials is that they can only be used in the only presence of sunlight days.

<>Water Clock: It is a time keeping watch device that works on the basis of the principle of inward and outward regulated flow of water. In this principle, a bowl marked with lines is filled with water. The flow of water is regulated. The Lines are marked to the track the flow of the water that indicates the time.

<> Modern timekeepers: Nowadays, we use digital wristwatch that tells the perfect and the accurate time. Digitals watches do not have any hands for an hour, minutes and seconds. Instead, they display time in digits. For Sporting events, a stopwatch is used to measure very short intervals of time. Timers fitted in the microwave ovens and other kitchen gadgets are also clocks. For accurate measurement of time, scientists use an atomic clock, which is based on the vibrations of atoms. Atoms vibrate very regularly and such clocks have an accuracy more than 3000 years.
