Plenty :-Eat plenty of vegetables andfruits. Moderate:-take beverages in moderation. Adequately:- adequateand appropriate diets for children and adolescents, both in health and sickness. Sparing:-Minimize the use of processed foods rich in salt, sugar and fats.
