• To complete the task at hand, a machinist gets trained in the use of appropriate machine. This is primary limitation of the conventional machining process.
• Tooling of the electrode is another major limitation.
• During the machine process, lack of proper process to remove dust is also a problem.
• In case of selecting and manufacturing a process, cost should be considered by engineers.
