This question is related to me too... i had too any problems when i had shifted from andhra pradesh to telangana im india.

what i had experienced i will write here...
1..He could not express himself and would not understand anything.
2.He can't be able to make friends bcoz of no communication between him and others. 
3.He can't able to gain knowledge as he can't understand what teacher was teaching..
