first to increase surface area because car is more bigger than bike
second car has more bigger tyre so it can brake immediately with the help of friction and maintain balance of the car

There is a difference in bike and car Tyre pressure mainly due to two reasons.
(1) The first reason is to increase the surface area because a car is comparatively larger than a bike and hence it has a greater area compared to a bike.
(2) Secondly, a car has bigger tyres and due to it, it can immediately brake itself and come to a stop by the help of friction so that it can help in maintaining a proper balance. Whereas, in a bike, the tyres need to have less contact with the surface so that it can move forward with enough speed.
