Make -1 and 3 as -10/10 and 30/10 respectively by multiplying numerator and denominator ( here in both cases it is 1) by 10

And take 6 numbers from it.

If you want you can use 100, 1000 , etc. instead if 10. Then you will get even smaller numbers.
