Answer:

Climate Forcing.

An increase in the atmospheric concentrations of greenhouse gases produces a positive climate forcing, or warming effect. From 1990 to 2019, the total warming effect from greenhouse gases added by humans to the Earth's atmosphere increased by 45 percent.

A lot of heat will ve trapped in the earth's atmosphere as the greenhouse effect takes place in a large scale, leading to a rise in the average temperature of the Earth, causing global warming

Answer:

The production of greenhouse gases on earth has caused a number of environmental issues that have a direct affect on humans, through positive climate forcing.

This means that the earth now has a tendency towards warmer (positive) temperatures. The global temperatures are constantly rising, triggering a bunch of problems like:

1. Melting of glaciers- With warmer global temperatures, snow on the mountains are melting at an alarming pace, This is causing natural disasters like flooding.

2. Irregular weather patterns- The weather patterns are not predictable any longer. Monsoons get delayed and seasons get stretched. Some places experience drought while others get extra rainfall. In each case, humans suffer.

3. Food supply shortage- Farmers have to face the brunt of global warming because their livelihood depends on their crops, which in turn are heavily dependent on weather conditions, especially rainfall. Unpredictable weather ruins their harvest and produces very low yield. As a result, they struggle financially, while nations struggle to get enough food for the population.

4. Greater health issues- The trapped gases keep increasing in volume. So, the amount of toxic gases, including carbon dioxide has gone up considerably. This has caused a lot of health problems, even in small children. Chronic respiratory problems have become extremely common.

5. Loss of biodiversity- Increasing global temperatures, coupled with lack of food and changing weather patterns will make it difficult for many species to adapt in time. Thus, scientists feel that many species will become extinct. This will further upset the ecological balance and affect humans in an indirect manner.
