A.Unsatisfactory work place.

B.Less exposure to Technology.

C.No Insurance, in case of accidents.

D.No schemes of Pension.

E.Lack of formal training.

F.Recruitment policies was unfair.

G.Absence of Labour Union.

But, today’s workers are little educated.

So they are aware of their rights.

Thus, these problems do not exists these days.
