Paithani is a very precious and attractive sari which was named after the textile manufacturing place of Paithan. Himroo shawls are made with the mix of cotton and silk which are largely grown in Aurangabad district of Maharashtra. Solapur is famous as a big industrial town in Western Maharashtra and is famous for the production of bedsheets called chaddars.
