Cut the leaf peel off , take out the epidermis from it which is thin white layered. , put it in water from preventing it from drying. , take out it by brush and mix it up with safrani solution. , use glass slip to cover it and put glycerin from preventing from drying., ensure air bubbles will not come while putting cover slip on epidermis. , tap it gently to remove extra glycerin. , put it under microscope to see stomata

iii. Put the stained peel on a clean slide.
