there are three type of meristamatic tissue.
a) lateral meristematic:-helps to increase the diameter of a plant.
b) intercalary:-help to increase the distance between internodes of a plant.
c) apical:-used to increase the length of a plant....

chief characteristics of Mathematic tissue are:-

•cells at usually cubical.
•cells tightly packed with almost no intercellular spaces.
•cell wall is thin.
•nuclei are large.
•vacuoles almost absent.
•the cells actively dividing new cells to the plant.
•new cells does produced are transformed into mature permanent tissues.
