Article 15- Under this provision where all citizens are secured with any kind of discrimination by the state. This discrimination can be based on sex, religion, caste and race. This article doesn’t prevent to make any provisions for women and children. Under this article, people with backward caste are provided with better advancement.  

Article 16- Under this provision all people have equal opportunity in public employment. This article gives a special advancement to backward caste such as SC and ST.
