the list of dietary considerations of meals for older age are as follows
(1) For stay feet and strong they need protein rich food each day,( I.e.meat, egg, beans,fish e.t.c).
(2) Older age people's body needs more and more calcium, which help them to maintain bone strength and keep bones healthy during older age. The calcium requirement for the over 65s is set at 700mg which is the same as for younger adults.Eg - milk and milk products.
(3) They also require aducate amount of vitamin A and D .
