1.Every component need different amount of electricity so in series its not possible.
2.If one component gets fused then the others also shut down.

Disadvantages are:
1. Lot of energy is been wasted.
2. If the connection is in series then we 'll not be able to switch on any one appliance. First the appliance in be turn on which is connected first in connection.
3. If the connection is in series then if any one appliance is not working properly it 'll not let the appliance connected after it work. Because current 'll not be able to reach the next appliance.
