It includes three stages: Egg, larva, and adult -frog

The life cycle of a frog consists of three stages: egg, larva, and adult. As the frog grows, it moves through these stages in a process known as metamorphosis.

Silkworms go through four stages of development, as do most insects: egg, larva, pupa and adult: the adult (imago) stage is the silkworm moth. The larva is the silkworm caterpillar.
