1.Health ,
health is also a factor which is considered essential for development as if we have or maintain a proper health then it contribute to the work we do so going daily for jobs in turn help in the development of our country,

2. job security
if people have the job security where they can work throughout their lifespan at one side were the days are not spend it and wasted Lee so they can earn so intern it lead to the essential development for individual also and country also..

increasing self employment by providing and credit and other faculties by improving education system ,by providing them training and skills also help in Grey gaining the employment all this in turn lead to the development of an individual.....
