River Tawi - River Tawi, also acknowledged as Surya Putri, begins near the Kaplas Mountains and continues western till Udhampur, and then southwards adjacent to the Jammu City till it meets Chenab River in Pakistan. River Tawi adjacent to Jammu City has the Bahu Bridge.

River Jhelum - The Jhelum River, a stream of the Chenab River, is a tributary of north-western Asia and easterly Pakistan. Various water-control arrangements have been developed beyond the Jhelum river as a consequence of the Indus Basin Project.
